I became part of a transformative movement that aims to spread wisdom and facilitate positive change globally. By earning accreditation as a Jay Shetty-certified coach, I embody values of trust, support, informed decision-making and profound impact.

As your coach I focus on empowering you to drive your own change, fostering personal growth and self-discovery. The goal is not to fix, but to serve and guide you towards overcoming obstacles and achieving your aspirations.

MY STORY

Going through a divorce is not easy. You will go through ups and downs. Get to know, and re-invent yourself. Who are you? What do you want in life? What makes you happy? What are your goals? Where do you see yourself after five (5) years?

Feeling sad, angry, confused, frustrated, and tired are normal emotions. Afraid about the future. And whether you are strong enough to deal with this world alone.

I went through a tough period in life. In every phase of life, there were challenges and struggles, and every time, I had to overcome my fears and anxiety. Be strong and confident. Every step made me learn more about myself. I went through a spiritual change. I was learning how to listen to my intuition.

I knew I didn’t want to be isolated. I need to discover the world. Meet people. Don’t get into depression. Do affirmations because I am worth it. It’s okay to go through different emotions. Let yourself experience these emotions to grieve and deal with the situation. Don’t go through this alone.

Anxiety Feeling alone, empty, scared. Does life seem like survival every day? Waking up sweating, heart beating so fast you feel like running away, restless, trembling, shaking, dizzy, can’t sleep, panic, etc. Anxiety is very common. It’s hard but good to solve. Many people feel embarrassed and ashamed and keep it a secret. It’s not your fault. Your body is trying to tell you something. Don’t ignore or deny it. It will only get worse.

Listen to it and speak to a coach who can help you. I will help you understand your anxiety. Step by step, we will guide you on how to recover.
