Coaching Disclaimer and Coaching Terms and Conditions
To ensure best practices, I ask you to confirm that you have read and agreed to each statement below and that you wish to proceed.
All coaching services and communication, whether by email or otherwise, delivered by myself, as well as information on this website (ALRA-coaching.com), are meant to help you identify areas in your life and thinking that may be preventing you from experiencing greater well-being and moving forward. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care. As I see it, coaching is meant to be done when major emotional and psychological wounds are already healing or healed.
The term ‘coaching’ as used here covers life coaching, personal coaching, executive coaching, and business coaching for clients.
ALRA Coaching is continually striving to ensure the standard of service provided to its clients remains excellent. At the end of the coaching process, or series of coaching sessions, the client will be asked to complete a feedback form.

By engaging in coaching sessions with my Coach, I acknowledge that the services provided are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I understand that my Coach is not functioning as a mental health counselor or medical practitioner.
I recognize that coaching is an unregulated industry and while my Coach may not be licensed by any USA, UK, UAE, Dutch body, or other such as, I accept this as part of our coaching relationship.
I take full responsibility for my well-being during coaching sessions and beyond, including the choices and decisions I make.
I understand that coaching is not a replacement for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and I will not use it as such
Any advice or suggestions provided by my Coach are intended to support me in achieving my self-defined goals. I acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and I consent to my Coach’s guidance in pursuit of these objectives.
In the context of career or business coaching, I understand that outcomes such as increased clientele or profitability are not promised.
Confidentiality is important and I trust that my Coach will keep our interactions confidential unless I specify otherwise. However, I acknowledge that there are limitations to confidentiality, such as instances involving harm to myself or others, where necessary actions must be taken.
I understand and accept the risks associated with the use of technology in coaching sessions, including email, text, phone, Skype and other digital platforms.
By participating in coaching, I release my Coach, along with any related parties, from any claims or damages resulting from the coaching relationship or advice provided.
I declare that this agreement represents our understanding and that no additional promises or inducements have been made outside of its terms. This agreement applies to my heirs, representatives, successors and assigns.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The coaching schedule will be collaboratively arranged between ALRA Coaching and the client and can be booked up to 3 months in advance. ALRA Coaching will suggest the frequency of coaching sessions based on a professional assessment of the client’s needs. This recommendation, or plan is flexible and may be adjusted throughout the coaching journey by mutual agreement, following the terms outlined in this agreement.
The number and frequency of coaching sessions will be agreed upon at the commencement of coaching between ALRA Coaching and the client and confirmed by ALRA Coaching via email or written correspondence. In cases where no specific number is agreed upon, sessions will be provided on a session-by-session basis.
In exchange for the fees payable by the client (or by a third party on their behalf), ALRA Coaching agrees to deliver the service as described below and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein. The client undertakes to remit fees for the service under the terms and conditions stipulated below (in instances where a third party covers the fees, said party acts as an agent on behalf of the client).
The date of the initial coaching session shall mark the commencement date for the service. Should any client have reservations regarding any of the terms and conditions, they may contact ALRA Coaching to address concerns and explore resolutions prior to the first coaching session. Participation in the first coaching session by any individual implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
FORMAT OF SESSIONS
Coaching sessions may be conducted face-to-face (at a venue agreed upon by both parties), via Zoom (with the client initiating the call), telephone coaching sessions (with the client initiating the call), or any other format agreed upon. Unless otherwise specified, for Zoom and telephone sessions, the client is responsible for initiating the call to ALRA Coaching at agreed-upon times. ALRA Coaching is responsible for ensuring availability at the agreed-upon times. The duration of each session is determined in advance by mutual agreement between ALRA Coaching and the client.
SESSION FEES
In accordance with ALRA Coaching’s current per-session fee or fee for a program of sessions, or any other fee agreed upon and communicated to the client. ALRA Coaching will confirm fees in writing, typically via email, unless impractical. The number of sessions for which payment is required in advance will be agreed upon before coaching sessions commence.
ADDITIONAL SESSIONS
ALRA Coaching may agree to provide additional coaching sessions following the completion of the initial agreed session(s). These terms and conditions will apply to any additional sessions provided and the per-session fee will remain the same as originally agreed unless ALRA Coaching notifies the client in writing of a change to the fee or any other terms or conditions.
DATES AND TIMES OF SESSIONS
The date and time of each session will be agreed upon between ALRA Coaching and the client via phone or email and confirmed by ALRA Coaching via email or letter. Sessions may only be rescheduled in accordance with the section titled “Rescheduling Sessions.”
PAYMENT TERMS
Fees can be paid online by debit or credit card, via standing order, or bank transfer to ALRA Coaching. Receipts will be sent by email unless otherwise requested by the client. Fees are due in advance of each coaching session unless otherwise agreed upon. If payment is not received in advance, ALRA Coaching is not obliged to provide the session.
BETWEEN SESSIONS
ALRA Coaching may assign tasks or exercises to be completed between coaching sessions. The client is not obligated to complete these tasks, but failure to do so may impede progress. The client may contact ALRA Coaching by phone or email between sessions for clarification on topics discussed during coaching sessions or for administrative purposes.
REARRANGING SESSIONS
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule a coaching session. No refunds will be given for unused coaching sessions unless 24 hours’ notice is provided. In exceptional circumstances where ALRA Coaching needs to reschedule a session, the client will be given at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal or business information disclosed during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior consent, except where required by law or to prevent harm.
EARLY TERMINATION
In exceptional circumstances, such as illness, unavailability, inappropriate behavior, conflict of interest or other reasons, ALRA Coaching may terminate the service to the client early. In such cases, the client will receive reasonable notice of termination and will be refunded any advance payments for coaching sessions not yet provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ALRA Coaching aims to support the client in improving their quality of life or business success and achieving desired outcomes. However, the client is solely responsible for making important decisions in their life or business. ALRA Coaching is not liable for any losses incurred by the client following coaching sessions.
VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Changes to these terms and conditions will be agreed upon by both parties and confirmed in writing by ALRA Coaching. ALRA Coaching may change any terms or conditions by providing one week’s notice in writing. If the client does not wish to proceed with coaching sessions following notification of changes, they may withdraw from the service and receive a full refund for any fees paid in advance.
GOVERNING LAW
This contract is governed by UAE law

Feedback about the service is welcome and can be provided during coaching sessions or by writing to ALRA Coaching.
Terms and Conditions of Behavior
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Behavior (“Terms”) outline the acceptable and expected behavior for participants within ALRA COACHING and her community. By participating in this Community, you agree to comply with these Terms. Failure to adhere to these Terms may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to removal from the Community.
2. Respect and Dignity
- Mutual Respect: Treat all members with respect, courtesy, and dignity.
- Harassment and Discrimination: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.
3. Communication
- Language: Use appropriate and professional language in all forms of communication. Profanity, insults, and offensive language are not permitted.
- Constructive Feedback: Provide feedback in a constructive and respectful manner. Avoid personal attacks and focus on the issue at hand.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
- Personal Information: Respect privacy. Do not share personal information without consent.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the coaching sessions.
5. Integrity and Honesty
- Honesty: Be honest in all your dealings within the coaching sessions. Do not engage in deceitful or fraudulent behavior.
- Integrity: Uphold the principles of integrity by avoiding conflicts of interest and by reporting any unethical behavior.
6. Safety and Security
- Safety: Act in a manner that does not endanger the safety or well-being of others.
- Security: Respect and follow all security measures and protocols established by the Community.
7. Participation and Engagement
- Active Participation: Engage actively and positively in coaching sessions.
- Inclusivity: Strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
8. Amendments
- Changes to Terms: These Terms may be amended from time to time. Members will be notified of any significant changes and continued participation in the Community constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Coaching Client Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the expectations and policies for clients participating in coaching sessions with ALRA COACHING (“Coach RASHIDA ABDOELRAHMAN”). By engaging in coaching services, clients agree to adhere to these Terms to ensure a productive and respectful coaching relationship.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1. Punctuality
- Timeliness: Clients are expected to show up on time for all scheduled coaching sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time.
2.2. Preparation
- Homework and Assignments: Clients are expected to complete any assigned readings, homework, or preparatory work before each session.
- Progress Communication: Clients should regularly communicate their progress, challenges and achievements with the Coach.
3. Appointment Policies
3.1. Scheduling
- Advance Notice: Clients must notify the Coach at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule or cancel a session.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notification will result in the session being forfeited and may incur a fee.
3.2. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation Fee: A per-session cancellation fee may apply if a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Emergency Cancellations: Last-minute cancellations are only permitted in cases of genuine emergencies.
- Refund Policy: Refunds for coaching services are only granted in specific circumstances, as agreed upon at the start of the coaching engagement. Clients should inquire about refund policies during the initial consultation.
4. Group Programs and Online Forums
4.1. Conduct
- Respect and Courtesy: Clients participating in group programs or online forums must treat fellow participants with respect and courtesy.
- No Spam or Hate Speech: Posting spam, advertisements or hate speech is strictly prohibited.
- Confidentiality: Clients must maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared within the group or forum.
4.2. Communication
- Constructive Interaction: All communication should be constructive and supportive. Personal attacks, insults, and offensive language will not be tolerated.
- Mutual Agreement: By participating in group programs or forums, clients agree to adhere to these conduct guidelines to foster a positive and productive environment.
5. General Provisions
5.1. Monitoring and Enforcement
- Compliance: The Coach reserves the right to monitor client compliance with these Terms.
- Disciplinary Actions: Violation of these Terms may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspension, or termination of the coaching relationship without refund.
5.2. Amendments
- Changes to Terms: These Terms may be amended from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in coaching services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
